Top 200 Seniors: The top 100 Begins!
By

We're closing in on the top as we countdown the state's top senior recruits from 200 to 1. Today, we have the first part of our top 100, featuring ten of the best Michigan has to offer.
100
Jake Newton
WR/S
Gobles
Great athlete with size (6'3) and can play a number of positions at the next level. Has a WMU offer, but is looking out of state.
99
Chris Lum
QB
Lake Orion
Not big, but accurate and efficient. Has the head you want on a quarterback, had he not gotten injured, he'd be D1, as it stands, 1AA and D2 are possibilities.
98
Jack Raymond
OT
Macomb Dakota
Big bodied tackle could move inside to guard in college, but is tough and very strong.
97
Montel Nix-Fleming
WR
Walled Lake Western
Playmaker with open field ability and could also serve as a return man at the next level.
96
Israel Woolfork
WR
Livonia Franklin
Big 6'4 track kid with great athleticism. Turned it on as a senior, CMU, WMU and GVSU are his final three.
95
Jason Harvey
DT
Grand Rapids Catholic Central
A 6'2, 270 lb fullback, that's scary. Whats also scary is how good Harvey could be on defense with improved strength and conditioning work in college.
94
Jarvis Briggs
CB
Muskegon Heights
Not the biggest guy, but aggressive and quick, Briggs has an
Eastern Michigan
offer already and may pick up a couple late ones.
93
Jim Plaskey
DE
Birmingham Brother Rice
Plaskey has a big frame and a long wingspan, he also plays a mean and aggressive game and has Big Ten and MAC schools looking closer.
92
Floyd Simmons
SS
Detroit Crockett
Plays some OLB and some safety, he can hit and cover and at the least, will be a strong special teamer in college.
91
Marcel Dubose
LB
Oak Park
Transferred from Highland Park and only played one game this year. Powerful, aggressive kid, if he wasn't 5'11, he'd rate much higher.
